OUR AIM: We aim to help schools to bring together the right support and services for children requiring specialist nurture support. We know that with the right support, children can make rapid progress and be ready to learn and to love school.
WHAT WE DO: The Nurture Outreach Service works with Reception aged children from transition into school, throughout Reception Year and across the transition into Year 1.
We work weekly with schools to support the child, helping them to settle into school, develop positive relationships with adults and peers and get ready to learn.
WHO WE ARE: We are a highly specialised team of educational professionals with backgrounds in Early Years, Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), Psychotherapy, Psychology, Behaviour Management and Child Development
HOW IS OUR SERVICE ACCESSED: Through referrals to the B&NES Early Years SEND team by Pre-school settings and Nurseries. Contact us for more details: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Nurture Outreach Service is funded and commissioned by B&NES Council and delivered through Brighter Futures Nurture Outreach team.
