We provide high quality behaviour support services for children and young people aged 0-19 as well as consultancy, advice and training for primary and secondary schools, early years providers, and for parents and carers.
Brighter Futures is commissioned by the Bath Primary Partnership (and funded by Bath and North East Somerset Council) to provide a range of behaviour support services to 24 primary schools. These services include:
Initial Assessments to identify the underlying causes of children’s emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. Further Assessments from our team of specialist practitioners.
Consultancy, training and advice for teachers, support staff, parents and carers.
Active Interventions to support engagement, learning, behaviour and well-being outcomes.
One-to-one interventions for children and young people such as: behaviour for learning skills, mentoring, counseling, play therapy, art therapy, music therapy.
Group interventions: Thrive groups, Listening Skills, Social and communication skills, Friendship groups.
Transition Support from Key Stage 1 to 2, and from primary to secondary school.
